Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone knows where I could obtain (preferably an array of)
edge emmitting lasers which are designed for epi-down applications. An
alignment feature(s), usually defined in the same etch as the active region,
must also be present. This would be similar to the array of devices used in [1].

Also, if anyone knows a manufacturer of epi-down lasers who may be willing to
produce a wafer of custom devices (i.e. allow me to modify the mask used for
definition of the lasing cavity by adding these alignment features), please
also let me know.
