You can try Coventor Ware. Its pricey but the new version (2003) is
really slick. The software allows you to do layout, fabrication
simulation and then FEA with a number of different physics packages,
e.g. microfluidics, mechanical, electromechanical and more! Without a
doubt it will meet your requirements.

Are there any recommendations for software the incorporates FEA stress
analysis and kinematic analysis.  The package(s) would allow the stress
of a structure to be examined as a function of position, flexure, etc.,
based upon inputing a force(s) on the device.
