Dear colleagues

I am working on the plastic deformation of Si and poly-Si. Could
someone answer me the following questions?

---------------------------------------------
1. I wonder if the heat conductivity of poly-Si is higher than that of
Si.

2. Does grain boundary act as a heat conductive(or insulation) material
in poly-Si?

3. Can I find some literatures on stress-strain curve of poly-Si under
high temperature?
-----------------------------------------------

Thank you.
