MEMSnet^® is an information resource for the MEMS and Nanotechnology development community hosted by the MEMS and Nanotechnology Exchange, the nation's leading provider of high-quality foundry and consulting services. Funding has been provided to CNRI for this activity by the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) under Grant No. MDA972-03-1-0022.

Information appearing at the MEMSnet Internet site may be subject to copyright, patent and other proprietary rights. By submitting information to CNRI either at the following contact address http://www.memsnet.org/contact or as otherwise agreed with CNRI, each contributor shall be deemed to have granted CNRI a non-exclusive license to reproduce, disseminate, and, to the extent required, modify the submitted information for purposes of posting at the MEMSnet site. All contributors are responsible for clearing any rights prior to submitting any such information to CNRI. CNRI shall, at its sole discretion, decide whether or not to post any submitted information at the MEMSnet site.
